Role Description The Social Media Manager & Creative Content Lead is an on-site role based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area. You'll drive creative, innovative ideas for brand campaigns, blending strategy with hands-on content creation. Your approach centers on aesthetics and lifestyle storytelling, producing high-quality video content that captures our brand's essence and drives real engagement. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to grow brand awareness and drive community engagement.

Daily tasks include developing content calendars, managing production of photo and video content, writing captions, and optimizing posts for reach and performance. The role also involves monitoring social media trends, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing, design, and customer experience teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling. The individual in this position will help shape the brand’s voice, lead creative concepts for campaigns, and support influencer and partnership initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, digital content creation, and UGC
• Familiarity with kids’ fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands and an eye for visual storytelling and trends.
• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow multiple platforms.
• Content Strategy and Writing skills to develop cohesive campaigns, compelling captions, and creative concepts.
• Ability to work on-site in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage the online community.
• Experience with social media analytics tools and performance reporting to inform data-driven decisions.
• Basic skills in photography, videography, or content production for social media (Reels, Stories, short-form video) are highly beneficial.
• Relevant education or experience in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is preferred.
