Own the growth strategy for UNIVRSE.AI by building, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns that convert into paying subscribers while maintaining efficient customer acquisition costs.

Responsibilities:

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
• Google Ads
• Tik Tok Ads
• Linked In Ads (if applicable)
• Reddit Ads
• You Tube Ads
• Landing page optimization
• A/B testing
• Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Customer acquisition strategy
• CAC & LTV optimization
• ROAS reporting
• Marketing analytics
• Scaling profitable campaigns

Bonus:

• Have Behavior Analysis Experience
• Have Neuroscience or Nervous System Experience or a passion for it

We're looking for someone with hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns who wants to help build an AI startup from the ground up. This role is completely remote. You'll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of customer acquisition campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, Tik Tok, and Linked In while working closely with the founder. This is currently an unpaid opportunity with the potential for future paid employment as the company grows.
