Production Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to support a Programming & Creative Operations team responsible for the planning, scheduling, promotion, and performance analysis of television and digital content. This role ensures programming schedules are accurate, promotional campaigns are executed efficiently, and content performance is monitored to maximize audience engagement.

Working closely with Programming, Creative, and Marketing teams, this position combines media operations, content analysis, creative production support, and promotional asset management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Maintain and update programming schedules using media scheduling platforms.
• Reconcile traffic logs and support accurate broadcast scheduling.
• Review and identify programming opportunities from existing content libraries.
• Track and maintain ratings and performance data for reporting and analysis.
• Screen video content to identify clips and sound bites for promotional campaigns.
• Organize and manage promotional assets within digital asset management systems.
• Create and edit promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Research graphics, music, imagery, and video elements to enhance promotional content.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and programming teams to ensure promotional materials align with campaign objectives and brand standards.
• Assist with light video editing, thumbnail creation, graphics production, and pulling existing content for promotional use.
• Monitor digital and social media trends to identify opportunities for audience engagement.

• 5+ years of experience supporting programming, media operations, or production coordination.
• Experience using media scheduling or programming platforms such as Broadview, Wide Orbit, or similar systems.
• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop, including creating promotional clips and marketing assets.
• Strong copywriting experience focused on short-form promotional content.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Experience supporting children's entertainment, media, or consumer brands.
• Familiarity with tracking social media and digital content trends.
• Experience with content scheduling, ratings analysis, or promotional campaign support.

• Media scheduling and programming platforms (Broadview, Wide Orbit, or similar)

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
