Digital Content Manager
We are looking for a talented Digital Content Manager to manage digital creative content and administer our social media accounts and website.
Key Responsibilities- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Design and implement social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end user across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Brief creative agency on content needs to leverage productions and existing asset library.
- Generate, schedule, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (original text, photos, videos, news).
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Collaborate with other teams (marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure brand consistency.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries and monitor customer reviews.
- Oversee social media account design (Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, blog layout).
- Recommend and implement new features to develop brand awareness (promotions, competitions).
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
- 3+ years of proven work experience in digital content management.
- Hands‑on experience as a social media/community manager.
- Knowledge of social media management, analytic and listening tools.
- Excellent copywriting, presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Critical thinker and creative.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with web design.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Experience in QSR, retail, and/or consumer products preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
- Preferably bilingual in English and Spanish.
