Event & Sales Assistant

The Bizarre Agency is looking for a Junior Event Assistant (Sales Team) to join our growing team in Miami, FL. This is a full-time, entry-level position with full on-site training provided, making it an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, or anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in brand promotions, customer engagement, sales, and marketing.

• Represent client brands professionally at live events, retail locations, shopping centers, and promotional activations.
• Engage with customers to build brand awareness and create positive customer experiences.
• Present products, services, and promotional campaigns clearly and confidently.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about client campaigns.
• Assist with customer registrations, sign-ups, or sales where appropriate.
• Support promotional events and product launches.
• Gather customer feedback and campaign insights.
• Record daily campaign activity and results accurately.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support campaign objectives.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
• Confidence interacting with new people in face-to-face environments.
• Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, sales, or events is an advantage but not required.
• High school diploma required. Additional education in marketing, business, or communications is a plus.
