• Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate leads for our real estate investment services.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns through various channels such as social media, email, and print.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing materials to support their efforts.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media presence and engage with followers to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Plan and coordinate events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and services.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities to ensure our marketing strategies remain effective and relevant.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, including digital marketing.
• Proficiency in social media management and marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
• Team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $87,000-$99,000 per year
