ENTRY LEVEL Assistant​/Intern

WE’RE HIRING: FOUNDER’S CREATIVE ASSISTANT

I’m looking for a Founder’s Creative Assistant to join me and work closely with me across content, business operations, and client projects.

This is an entry-level, hybrid opportunity for someone who is creative, organized, eager to learn, and wants hands‑on experience inside a growing creative agency.

This is a 20-hour/week position with a flexible hybrid schedule.

2 days in person + 3 days remote

In person, you’ll help with:

• Filming personal + business content
• Capturing B-roll and behind-the-scenes footage
• Calendar and scheduling support
• Client content and editing
• Creative projects and day-to-day business support

Remote days will focus on:

• Client content
• Content organization and scheduling
• Administrative support
• Notion and Google Drive organization
• Content research
• Helping keep projects and tasks moving

This position is designed for someone who wants to learn while working directly alongside a founder.

You’ll get hands‑on exposure and mentorship in:

• Business operations
• Running a creative agency
• Building a personal brand
• Growing a service-based business

If you’re interested in eventually building something of your own, growing in the creative industry, or learning what happens behind the scenes of a real agency, you’ll get a lot of exposure here.

• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Is comfortable learning new things
• Has an interest in social media and content
• Can film and edit short‑form video
• Is reliable and communicative
• Can work independently
• Is comfortable around a fast‑moving founder
• Wants to learn and grow
• Has a good eye for content and aesthetics

Experience with Cap Cut, Canva, Instagram, Tik Tok, Notion, or similar platforms is a plus.

$750-$1,000/month for up to 20 hours/week

This is an opportunity to grow with the business, with the potential for increased responsibilities and compensation as you become more independent and take on more of the role.

Based in Miami, FL.
