Royal Caribbean Group’s Royal Caribbean International Marketing Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Senior Manager, Brand Marketing & Content reporting to the AVP, Brand Marketing, Content & Social Media.

This position will be working onsite from Miami. Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, leads high‑visibility brand, advertising, content, and integrated marketing initiatives for Royal Caribbean. This role elevates senior account leadership into broader management ownership across strategy, creative development, financial stewardship, production oversight, cross‑functional alignment, agency management, performance measurement, and team development. The Senior Manager translates business priorities, consumer insights, product updates, cultural trends, and performance learnings into strategies, briefs, campaign plans, and measurable programs that strengthen brand relevance, improve awareness and consideration, drive meaningful engagement, and support long‑term brand and business growth.

Working and collaborating with internal and external team members, the person in this position must thrive in working with others and creating an inspiring environment that fosters contribution and connection.

This role is ideal for someone who can move seamlessly between strategic leadership and executional excellence—setting direction, aligning stakeholders, inspiring creative teams, developing talent, managing resources, and ensuring the work is strategically grounded, creatively strong, financially responsible, and delivered with operational discipline.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, creatively curious, and operationally strong marketing leader who can elevate brand work while building the systems, relationships, and team capabilities required to deliver it. They bring strong judgment, a proactive leadership style, and the ability to guide complex work across internal teams, external agencies, production partners, senior stakeholders, and direct reports. Balances big‑picture brand strategy with disciplined execution, ensuring creative work is grounded in business objectives, consumer insights, cultural relevance, measurable outcomes, and clear strategic choices.

Uses data, insights, and post‑campaign learnings to identify performance gaps and recommend strategic shifts that improve brand, demand, and efficiency outcomes.

  • Leads with clarity, confidence, and accountability, helping teams prioritize, make decisions, evaluate tradeoffs, and move complex work forward.
  • Brings a strong passion for brand storytelling, content development, advertising, creative excellence, cultural relevance, and modern marketing platforms.
  • Is comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders, agency partners, cross‑functional teams, and direct reports through ambiguity, shifting priorities, and fast‑moving deadlines.
  • Demonstrates strong financial stewardship, including budget planning, forecasting, scope management, reconciliation, investment prioritization, and resource tradeoff decisions.
  • Develops talent by coaching team members, strengthening capabilities, setting expectations, and creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
  • Has a strong point of view on how the brand should show up in market and the leadership skills to turn that vision into scalable, high‑impact work.
