Associate Director (AD), Liver Franchise Marketing – Regional Engagement Southeast, Insights and Events (field-based; ideal location: Florida, North/South Carolina or Georgia). Reports to Senior Director, US Liver Franchise Opinion Leader Programming. Focus:
Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC).
- Support development/execution of the PBC Marketing strategic plan (regional engagement, insight gathering, events management).
- Coordinate Liver Franchise strategic priorities with Marketing & Sales and cross-functionally.
- Develop and implement key regional priority opportunities and activations.
- Foster Liver leadership narrative and amplify partnership activities.
- Develop and execute an insight plan for stakeholders (including speaker bureau and regional advisory boards as appropriate).
- Orchestrate presence at key Liver events and sponsor ships aligned to commercial priorities.
- Manage/direct agency partners to deliver the annual tactical plan within budget.
- Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Availability for weekend- and overnight travel; up to 75% travel.
- 10 years professional experience.
- 8+ years MS/MA or MBA.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (required).
- Familiarity with marketing fundamentals, strategy, sales, and commercial policies/practices.
- Previous marketing, research and/or pharmaceutical sales desired.
- MBA or advanced business/public health degree desired.
- Liver experience/relationships preferred.
- Strong customer focus; collaborative environment; strong interpersonal/communication/writing skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics; strong listening/adaptability.
- Demonstrated project management excellence (multiple priorities).
