Position: Associate Director (AD), Liver Franchise Marketing – Regional Engagement Southeast

Associate Director (AD), Liver Franchise Marketing – Regional Engagement Southeast, Insights and Events (field-based; ideal location: Florida, North/South Carolina or Georgia). Reports to Senior Director, US Liver Franchise Opinion Leader Programming. Focus:
Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC).

Essential Duties And Job Functions
  • Support development/execution of the PBC Marketing strategic plan (regional engagement, insight gathering, events management).
  • Coordinate Liver Franchise strategic priorities with Marketing & Sales and cross-functionally.
  • Develop and implement key regional priority opportunities and activations.
  • Foster Liver leadership narrative and amplify partnership activities.
  • Develop and execute an insight plan for stakeholders (including speaker bureau and regional advisory boards as appropriate).
  • Orchestrate presence at key Liver events and sponsor ships aligned to commercial priorities.
  • Manage/direct agency partners to deliver the annual tactical plan within budget.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Availability for weekend- and overnight travel; up to 75% travel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 10 years professional experience.
  • 8+ years MS/MA or MBA.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (required).
  • Familiarity with marketing fundamentals, strategy, sales, and commercial policies/practices.
  • Previous marketing, research and/or pharmaceutical sales desired.
  • MBA or advanced business/public health degree desired.
  • Liver experience/relationships preferred.
  • Strong customer focus; collaborative environment; strong interpersonal/communication/writing skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics; strong listening/adaptability.
  • Demonstrated project management excellence (multiple priorities).
