Digital Marketing Strategy Senior Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategy Senior Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive strategic priorities, executive-level problem solving, and cross-functional execution on initiatives that matter most to the business. You will partner with senior leaders and teams across the organization to clarify priorities, coordinate complex work, and turn strategic decisions into measurable action.

The position offers the opportunity to strengthen operating cadence, decision quality, and enterprise execution within a Business Services environment.

Location:

Miami, FL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $245,000 – $292,200 annually

• Develop and champion marketing strategies for client business growth
• Lead teams in executing web experience design and integrated marketing plans
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving design performance
• Build trusted relationships, acting as a strategic marketing advisor to clients
• Enhance practice offerings while mentoring junior talent in the Marketing Strategy practice

• 8+ years in marketing planning with a focus on digital strategies and web experiences
• Experience with B2B tech companies is preferred
• Strong strategic planning, research, and idea shepherding skills
• Expertise in data-driven multichannel relationship marketing strategies
• Familiarity with digital marketing best practices and KPIs
