Our client, a well-renowned men's and women's apparel brand, is looking for an E-Commerce Site Manager to join their team in Miami, FL!

Position: E-Commerce Site Manager

Location: Miami, FL (5 days/week on-site)

Reports To: Director of E-Commerce Operations

Position Overview

Our client, a confidential consumer brand, is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented E-Commerce Site Manager to support the day-to-day execution and optimization of its e-commerce business. This role will be responsible for driving online sales performance through data analysis, promotional planning, merchandising strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with Buying, Brand, Marketing, and Digital teams.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially minded, and passionate about creating a best-in-class online shopping experience. This individual will leverage A/B testing and performance analytics to identify opportunities for growth while ensuring all site content, product messaging, and promotional campaigns align with the overall brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze website performance, sales trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for revenue growth and site optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing on site content, merchandising, and promotional initiatives; analyze results and present actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with the Buying team to develop pricing strategies and coordinate promotional and merchandising calendars.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Marketing teams to plan and execute the email marketing calendar, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Coordinate the development, design, and deployment of promotional emails alongside digital design and marketing teams.
  • Optimize product detail pages (PDPs) by ensuring accurate product information, compelling copy, and effective merchandising.
  • Monitor key e-commerce performance metrics and prepare regular reporting and presentations for leadership.
  • Support content planning initiatives that strengthen the customer experience while maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure timely execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Stay current on e-commerce best practices and recommend new strategies to improve site performance and customer engagement.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in an e-commerce, digital merchandising, or online retail role.
  • Experience working with a SaaS-based e-commerce platform such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, or a similar platform.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience conducting A/B testing, interpreting data, and making data-driven business recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large data sets.
  • Solid understanding of product detail pages (PDPs), digital merchandising, and product messaging best practices.
  • Experience supporting the creation, design coordination, and deployment of marketing emails and promotional campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
