This position will be working onsite from Miami.

Position Summary :

The Analyst, Customer and Lifecycle Marketing is responsible for web merchandising of integrated consumer retail campaigns across online platforms helping to meet yearly revenue & volume goals. In addition, execute and implement tactical & conversion driving campaigns for  e-commerce. The responsibilities will cover various aspects of website deployments, promotions, design, implementation, and verification of multiple global countries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Work with E-Commerce Lead to oversee implementation and execution of integrated tactical campaigns directed at increasing web conversion across international markets.
  • Strong programming skills and experience driving ecommerce.
  • Own and execute the implementation of new tools and functionality as well as optimization of user experience as it relates to driving web conversion
  • Interact with social, brand, and email teams to execute web merchandising efforts and alignment for marketing campaigns.
  • Work with content agency to develop briefs for content optimizations.
  • Provide insights to inform other marketing areas in planning and deploying of campaigns.
  • Author global campaigns in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Weekly web merchandising analysis report to be generated to identify areas of opportunity and optimization.
  • Experience generating, testing, and debugging
  • Work with marketing analytics team for integrated campaign management and analytics ensuring flawless campaign execution.
  • Conduct monthly competitive research, including industry trends, retail activity and other consumer promotions.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills :

  • Four-year Bachelor's or equivalent required; MBA preferred; or one to three years related business analysis experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively with all levels of personnel. Strong PC skills are required.
  • Experience in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and Adobe Target is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to be able to communicate with all levels of management, agency contacts and travel agent partners.
  • Excellent project management skills to be able to build communication plans and present information that are owned by other business units.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to read through statistical data to form decisions.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and recommend solutions.
  • Working knowledge of personal computers with e-mail, and advanced MS Office skills, more specifically on Excel and Powerpoint, in order to create executive presentations for leadership.
  • Negotiating skills: bringing others together to try to reconcile differences and persuading others to your point of view.
