Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Media Specialist to manage and optimize mid and lower funnel paid media campaigns, oversee audience and tracking implementation, and coordinate campaign execution across internal teams and external agency partners. This position will be a contract and onsite in Miami, FL.
Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, this role will be direct employment with CAI. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end paid media operations and campaigns across paid search, display, mid and lower funnel initiatives, DCO, and partner/co-brand campaigns, including setup, optimization, and performance analysis
Coordinate monthly promotional calendars, web analytics data, GTM toolkits, and pricing information with media agency partners; review and approve ad copy and campaign assets
Oversee Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) campaigns, including feed setup, API coordination, QA validation, creative review, optimization, and migration to a new DCO platform
Manage co-brand credit card and Affirm campaign execution across paid search, social, and display channels, ensuring compliance, asset coordination, billing management, tracking, and performance monitoring
Submit and manage audience requests, maintain CDP audience libraries, and partner with internal teams to deploy audience segments
Own pixel and tag implementation processes, including Tealium ticket management, launch QA, and coordination with agency and BI teams to ensure tracking accuracy
Validate audience targeting, suppression lists, creatives, links, and campaign assets prior to launch
Collaborate cross-functionally to support campaign execution, reporting, optimization efforts, and strategic initiatives
What You'll Need
Required:
3+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a related field
Strong understanding of mid and lower funnel paid media strategies across search, social, and display channels
Hands-on experience with audience segmentation, campaign management, and tag management platforms such as Tealium
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities across campaign setup, tracking, and creative execution
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
Experience working with external agencies and vendor partners
Preferred:
Experience managing Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) campaigns
Experience supporting co-branded marketing campaigns
Cruise industry experience
