Scandy Candy LLC is hiring a Content Creator & Partnerships Associate - Hybrid, Miami, FL, USA.

We’re looking for a creative, outgoing, and highly personable Content Creator & Partnerships Associate to join our team part-time.

This role is perfect for someone who is naturally comfortable in front of the camera, understands social media culture, enjoys creating lifestyle content, and loves connecting with people.

You should be someone who can make content feel natural, engaging, and authentic — not overly produced or corporate.

• Be one of the faces of our brand across social media
• Film short-form content, including Reels, Tik Toks, behind-the-scenes videos, vlogs, and lifestyle content
• Help come up with creative content ideas and social concepts
• Build and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand partners
• Reach out to potential collaborators and coordinate partnerships
• Attend events, activations, or shoots when needed
• Help identify creators and influencers who are a strong fit for the brand
• Work closely with our Social Media Manager to bring the content calendar to life
• Stay up to date on social media trends, formats, creators, and cultural moments

We care much more about your personality, creativity, and understanding of social media than having a traditional corporate background.

• Are confident and natural on camera
• Have a warm, likable, outgoing personality
• Already create content for your own Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, or similar platforms
• Enjoy filming vlogs, lifestyle content, Reels, or Tik Toks
• Understand what makes content entertaining and engaging
• Are comfortable reaching out to influencers, creators, and potential partners
• Have strong communication and people skills
• Are proactive and comfortable taking initiative
• Have a good eye for aesthetics, branding, and social trends
• Are reliable, organized, and able to follow through on projects

Previous experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, social media, content creation, hospitality, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, events, or a similar environment is a plus — but not required.

Part-time.

The role will include a mix of content creation, partnership outreach, and in-person work depending on the week.
