Partnership Marketing Specialist

With the primary goal of supporting relationships with land-based casino partners, the Partnership Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Partnership Marketing Manager on the day-to-day partner relationships that support profitable casino business throughout Carnival Corporation's brands. The individual will provide operational support related to the partnership marketing segment and assist in implementing business processes necessary to facilitate bookings, sales and ongoing operations.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage Partnership Marketing contract administration process
  • Assist in management of casino event planning with partner casinos, as assigned
  • Assist in management of group planning and administration for VIP casino groups, as assigned
  • Provide operational support for marketing alliances and programs
  • Work with brand reservations teams to ensure successful communication of program details
  • Manage partner guest disputes and individual requests
  • Assist Partnership Marketing Manager in developing systems & procedures to support the administration Partnership Marketing sales programs

  • Collaborate with both Shoreside, Shipboard and Global Responsibilities (All brands) including land-based casino partners. As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, daily responsibilities include:

  • The Partnership Marketing Specialist must demonstrate strong, proactive problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment. This role requires the ability to quickly assess complex partnership challenges, from campaign execution issues to guest experience gaps, and develop practical, scalable solutions that align with both brand standards and partner expectations. Success in this position hinges on analyzing data, identifying root causes, and navigating cross-functional dependencies across marketing, operations, technology, and external casino partners.

    The ideal candidate approaches obstacles with a solutions-oriented mindset, balances competing priorities, and drives issues to resolution with clear communication, accountability, and a focus on delivering seamless and impactful results.

Impact:

  • From a business impact perspective, the role supports and enhances partnerships that act as a key acquisition funnel for "new-to-brand" guests, helping to sustain long-term guest value and repeat engagement across the portfolio. By ensuring seamless execution of marketing programs, group events, and promotional offers, the specialist contributes to delivering consistent and high-quality guest and partner experience at scale, reinforcing Carnival Corporation's competitive position in the global gaming and travel ecosystem.

Leadership:

  • The Partnership Marketing Specialist role operates as an individual contributor with significant indirect leadership responsibility in a highly cross-functional and global environment. While the role does not include formal people management or direct reports, it requires strong leadership skills to effectively influence outcomes, coordinate across teams, and drive execution of complex partnership initiatives. The role functions as a central point of coordination across multiple stakeholders, including Global Gaming, Brand Marketing, Reservations, Finance, Legal, Technology, and external casino partners.

    In this capacity, the specialist must demonstrate the ability to lead through influence, aligning diverse stakeholders toward common objectives and ensuring timely delivery of partnership programs, events, and marketing initiatives.

Essential/Minimal

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years casino experience with emphasis on casino sales, administration and marketing. Cruise line and/or travel reservation and legal contract management experience preferred. Would like to have candidates in the West Coast (possibly Vegas and Southern California) if applied.

Essential Experience

Required:

  • Self-motivated individual with strong relationship marketing skills. Detailed oriented, with superior organizational and customer service skills. Must be able to provide superior customer service to all our partners and guests. Work independently with little supervision. Must be able to work efficiently, independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment

Travel: 25-50% with shipboard travel likely

Work Conditions:
Work beyond normal business hours or on weekends may be required occasionally to support business needs, projects, or operations.

Physical Demands:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.

This position is classified as "remote." As a remote role, it allows employees to work full-time from their home. It may also require regular travel to Carnival headquarters in Miami, FL for in-office collaboration.
