You will lead the visual evolution and operational workflow of key campaigns by serving as the crucial link between cross-functional internal teams, top-tier production partners, and external agencies. - Coordinate complex marketing and packaging projects from initial concept through final production and market launch.
- Maintain robust project timelines, track critical deliverables, and proactively mitigate bottlenecks to ensure on-time execution.
- Champion the packaging development process by managing essential assets like dielines, nutrition panels, and brand logos.
- Facilitate seamless cross-functional alignment by leading status meetings and distributing actionable project updates.
- Act as the primary day-to-day liaison for external agencies, vendors, photographers, and print production partners.
- Oversee digital and print artwork reviews to guarantee all files are production-ready and fully compliant with quality standards.
- Optimize daily marketing operations by managing digital asset libraries, tracking budgets, and refining workflow efficiencies.
- 3-5 years of dedicated experience in marketing coordination, project management, or marketing operations.
- Professional bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Background in the CPG, food, or beverage industries with specific experience in packaging development and print production.
