Lead US marketing strategy and execution for Moon Lake's biopharma portfolio, focusing on immunology and inflammatory disease indications such as hidradenitis suppurativa and psoriatic arthritis.

develop and implement pre-launch and launch plans, oversee peer-to-peer engagement, partner with cross-functional teams (Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Legal), manage external agencies and marketing budgets, and contribute to senior leadership discussions. Ensure marketing activities are compliant with FDA regulations, driven by customer and market insights, and aligned with product lifecycle goals.

Bachelor's degree; 8+ years of progressive biopharma experience, with significant immunology or dermatology market expertise; proven track record leading product launches and peer-to-peer strategies; deep knowledge of FDA promotional governance; experience managing agencies and sizable budgets; strong leadership, strategic, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, PharmD, MD).

Commercial leadership in immunology/dermatology, product launch expertise, FDA regulation compliance, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and experience in clinical-stage biotech environments.
