Marketing Specialist – Campaigns

We're looking for a data-driven, creative, and execution-focused Marketing Specialist to join our Growth Team. In this role, you'll own and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, increase conversions, and amplify brand reach. You'll work across paid media, lifecycle marketing, and performance analytics - helping us fuel customer acquisition and scale predictable growth.

Plan, launch, and manage high-performing campaigns across Facebook, Linked In, Google, and email

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and product teams to build assets that convert

Analyze funnel performance and run A/B tests to optimize ROI and CPL

Own campaign reporting, attribution models, and performance metrics

Develop customer segmentation strategies and personalized outreach flows

Stay ahead of growth trends, tools, and emerging channels to experiment with

Help shape our brand voice across paid and owned media

2-4 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, paid acquisition, or performance campaigns

Proven track record of delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment

Solid understanding of conversion funnels, attribution, and campaign optimization

Proficiency with ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Linked In), email tools (e.g. Klaviyo, Hub Spot), and analytics dashboards

Strong collaboration and communication skills

A test-and-learn mindset with sharp creative instincts and attention to detail

Experience working in a fintech, SaaS, or B2B startup environment

Familiarity with no-code tools like Webflow, Zapier, or Framer

A portfolio or examples of past growth wins
