Full Time Stuart, FL, US

3 days ago Requisition

Lead the Work. Own the Relationship. Drive the Outcome.

Cotton & Company is seeking a driven, highly organized Marketing Account Executive to lead client relationships and integrated marketing programs for luxury real estate developments, private clubs, residential communities, resorts, and lifestyle brands.

For more than 40 years, Cotton & Company has helped clients build brands, launch communities, generate qualified leads, and turn market opportunities into measurable results. Today, we are building the smarter version of real estate marketing—combining human creativity, strategic judgment, market intelligence, and AI-enhanced technology to help our clients remain ahead of changing buyer behavior.

This is not a sales position. It is an account-leadership position.

As an Account Executive, you will serve as the center of gravity for your assigned clients—leading communication, translating business objectives into actionable marketing programs, and ensuring every initiative is delivered on strategy, on brand, on schedule, and on budget.

What You'll Do
  • Lead day-to-day communication and build trusted, lasting client relationships.
  • Develop a strong understanding of each client's business, market position, sales objectives, audiences, and competitive environment.
  • Translate client goals into clear strategic briefs, campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate integrated programs across branding, creative, websites, search, digital media, social media, content, email, print, and sales-support materials.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, status updates, and follow-up communication.
  • Manage project flow across creative, media, content, development, and production teams.
  • Oversee budgets, estimates, schedules, approvals, and deliverables across multiple accounts.
  • Review work for strategic alignment, accuracy, brand consistency, and presentation quality before it reaches the client.
  • Interpret campaign performance, market signals, lead activity, and sales feedback to identify meaningful recommendations.
  • Anticipate client needs, recognize potential issues early, and keep accounts moving forward.
  • Use approved AI-supported tools to improve research, planning, content development, reporting, and workflow efficiency while maintaining strong human judgment and quality control.
  • Ensure every initiative supports measurable client objectives—not simply marketing activity.
Who Thrives Here

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Take ownership of accounts and follow through without needing constant direction.
  • Build client confidence through preparation, sound judgment, and dependable execution.
  • Can manage multiple clients, deadlines, budgets, and moving pieces without losing clarity.
  • Ask thoughtful questions and look beyond the immediate assignment.
  • Understand how traditional and digital channels work together.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, leadership, creative teams, and technical specialists.
  • Leave ego at the door and believe the strongest work comes from collaboration.
  • Are energized by AI, changing buyer behavior, and the evolving future of marketing.
  • Hold yourself and others to high professional standards.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, advertising, client service, or agency account management.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including traditional and digital channels.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage complex client relationships and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing briefs, managing budgets, coordinating campaigns, and reviewing creative work.
  • Comfort working with reporting, analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Experience with luxury brands, real estate, residential development, hospitality, or private clubs is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional experience will also be considered.
Why Cotton & Company?

You will work on prestigious national accounts alongside experienced strategists, writers, designers, media professionals, developers, and company leaders. You will have a voice in the work, direct exposure to meaningful business challenges, and the opportunity to grow as quickly as your capabilities allow.
