Summary:

Provides assistance to the Marketing Division with Social Media Content.

• Shoot and edit short-form videos and photos.
• Create content for Instagram, Tik Tok, and other social platforms.
• Find interesting stories and turn them into engaging social content.
• Highlight Goodwill's people, programs, stores, events and community impact.
• Write captions and create simple graphics.
• Research trends and bring fresh content ideas.
• Support campaigns and the social content calendar.

• Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• A creative eye and strong sense of storytelling.
• Experience creating social media content.
• Familiarity with Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe or similar tools.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Organized, reliable and comfortable working independently.
• Comfortable visiting Goodwill locations to capture content.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Will travel to Broward locations as needed.

Certifications – Associate, BA Degree in Marketing or Marketing student preferred.
