Events Assistant

The Bizarre Agency is looking for an Events Assistant to support nonprofit awareness and fundraising campaigns across Coral Gables.

This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy interactive work and team-based environments.

Our current campaigns focus on:

• Environmental conservation and climate initiatives
• Anti-trafficking and human rights protection
• Global humanitarian aid and sustainable development

As part of the events team, you’ll help bring these missions directly to the public.

• Assisting with event setup and campaign coordination
• Engaging the public in meaningful face-to-face conversations
• Explaining nonprofit missions clearly and professionally
• Contributing to overall team performance

This role offers hands‑on experience in event marketing, communication, and campaign execution.
