Success Coach III
The Success Coach III serves as a dynamic ambassador, facilitator, and mentor for Be Strong International's Marriage Program. This role blends program delivery and community engagement to help couples strengthen their connection through the Heart Skills™ framework. The Success Coach III embodies an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to inspire participants, pitch the program to community partners, manage couples' progress through case management, and represent Be Strong with enthusiasm and professionalism.
The ideal candidate is energetic, engaging, and passionate about relationship health. They possess strong public speaking and facilitation skills, are comfortable leading workshops, and thrive on helping couples achieve measurable growth and transformation.
Manager to list the top 5 critical duties for this role (these will be used to qualify/measure a new hire during their probationary performance review).
- Facilitate high-quality Be Strong Couples workshops using approved curriculum and Heart Skills™ methodology, maintaining an average participant satisfaction rate of 90% or higher.
- Provide individualized coaching, follow-up, and resource referrals for assigned couples, ensuring that at least 80% complete their program goals and demonstrate measurable relational improvement.
- Proactively pitch the program to community partners, churches, and organizations to recruit participants and increase program visibility, achieving quarterly recruitment goals as established by the Program Manager.
- Maintain accurate records in the agency's data system, complete all participant documentation and reports within required time frames, and meet all funder compliance standards.
- Build strong relationships with program partners, facilitators, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and represent Be Strong with professionalism at events, meetings, and media engagements.
Additional Responsibilities and Duties
- Facilitate group workshops that engage couples in meaningful dialogue, reflection, and application of relational tools.
- Conduct intake and assessment meetings with couples to identify goals and needs.
- Develop couples' action plans and track progress toward relational milestones, as needed.
- Collaborate with program leadership to evaluate outcomes and improve delivery based on participant feedback.
- Participate in outreach events, presentations, and networking opportunities to promote the program.
- Support grant deliverables by ensuring timely submission of attendance, outcome data, and success stories.
- Attend funder trainings and professional development sessions as required.
- Ensure curriculum fidelity, program quality, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and county regulations, as well as funder and foundation requirements.
- Attend required program meetings with Program Manager and ensure that all tasks are completed and that all program requirements are met.
- Adhere to data collection processes and systems; ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and consistency for reporting, evaluation, and decision-making purposes.
- Track, analyze, and compile program performance data and KPIs.
- Adhere to programmatic systems and processes that drive efficiency, productivity, and program impact.
- Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing Team to increase awareness of the program through internal and external messaging, social media, community outreach and establish community partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, community organizations, and business partners; assist with securing agreements, letters of support, memorandums of understanding, and other collaborative opportunities that enhance program visibility and sustainability.
