Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-time Nights

Schedule:

Full-time, 12‑hour night shift (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.). Wage: $40.12 – $54.00 per hour, plus shift differential for night and weekend shifts. Limited Time Sign‑On Bonus: $20,000.

• Partner with a Nursing Assistant on each shift to manage a manageable caseload.
• Receive admissions and/or transfers.
• Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Document accurately and timely using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Promote continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.

• Valid state RN license required.
• BLS certification required at hire.

• BSN or enrollment in a BSN program.
• Clinical experience.
