Medcor is currently looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to work full-time hours on a temporary basis at our occupational health clinic located in Miami, FL
. This is a 12‑hour day shift position that will run from June 1 – July 20 2026. The PA/NP will provide occupational health and urgent care services in a state‑of‑the‑art mobile clinic at our client's worksite. The day‑to‑day role includes close cooperation with the on‑site medical team, collaborative work with other medical and operational leadership at Medcor and key contacts within the client’s corporate structure.

The clinic serves both urgent care and occupational medicine.

Typical Day
  • Provide superior clinical care and customer service to Medcor’s client and employees
  • Treat injuries and illnesses following Evidence Based Medicine standards
  • Collaborate with client professionals in health, safety and environmental practices
  • Collaborate with client human resources and benefits professionals on clinical issues
  • Support client’s wellness and preventative programs
  • Document and manage information using state‑of‑the‑art EMR and other tools
Requirements
  • Have a valid unrestricted Florida licensure
  • Have current DEA & BLS certifications
  • Be bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Suturing experience required
  • Have a positive and outgoing personality, and be a collaborative team player
  • Be willing to go above and beyond to give excellent customer service
Preferred Qualifications
  • Be comfortable working in an on‑site clinic environment
  • Be comfortable and productive working with computers and EMR software
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills – with patients, clients and colleagues
  • Have occupational health experience
