Assist with patients' personal hygiene and daily activities (e.g., bedpans, baths, Shaving, showers);
Assist with meals, ambulation, turning and positioning of patients, and provide water and nourishment between meals;
Monitor and report patient conditions to the assigned nurse;
Record intake/output and vital signs; assist with walking and moving patients;
Maintain safe, clean environment and transport patients/equipment as needed
