  11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
• Salary: $38.00–$43.00 per hour

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff during your shift to ensure all patients receive high-quality care.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

• Current Florida RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 200 pounds.
