Step into a high-impact leadership role as the Nurse Supervisor Operating Room in South Florida. The position supports the continuity of care across the pre‑op, intra‑op and PACU workflows and ensures superior throughput, safety and patient satisfaction.

• Staffing and scheduling of peri‑operative nursing staff.
• Ensure on‑time starts and optimize turnover.
• Manage block utilization and surgical room allocation.
• Oversee preference card management and supply stewardship.
• Lead infection prevention initiatives and ensure policy compliance.
• Validate competency, provide orientation and precepting for new hires.
• Address real‑time problems and coordinate solutions with surgeons, anesthesia, SPD, PACU and quality leaders.
• Drive performance improvement using Lean and evidence‑based methodologies.

The Nurse Supervisor reports to the Director of Perioperative Services and partners closely with surgeons, anesthesia, SPD, PACU, pre‑op and quality leaders to achieve shared goals.
