Baptist Health - - Responsibilities:
Provide basic technical nursing skills (deemed competent) and delegated tasks under the direction and/or supervision of the registered nurse;
Perform delegated tasks such as wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, and discontinuing a Foley catheter;
Work in close collaboration with the assigned RN to provide safe and quality patient centered care;
Identify nursing activities that cannot be delegated to unlicensed assistive personnel, including assessment and evaluation of interventions' impact
