We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at North Dade Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in North Miami, Florida. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor chronic health conditions and reportable changes, ensuring resident safety and well-being

• Assist with the admission process, providing resident orientation and discharge planning as needed

• Participate in comprehensive assessments, individualized care planning, and development of resident-centered care plans

• Provide nursing care that is compassionate, sensitive to individual experiences, and focused on promoting resident autonomy and dignity

• Monitor resident weight, hydration, and nutrition, notifying practitioners of changes

• Maintain accurate documentation of all nursing care and services provided to residents

• Collaborate with hospice services to provide end-of-life care and support

• Promote falls prevention practices, provide first aid, and adhere to infection prevention and control practices

• Administer medications, report adverse consequences, and provide oversight of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Florida

• 0 years of experience; any level of experience welcome
