Envision Healthcare is searching for a Full‑time CRNA (General and OB) to become a part of our practice at HCA Florida Mercy Hospital in Miami, Florida.
Anesthesia Care Team Model: 17 Physicians and 24 CRNAs.
Compensation: $45k salary plus approximately $12,000 annual bonus.
Clinical scope: 12,000 annual cases across 14 state‑of‑the‑art ORs (10 main, 1 Endo, 1 EP, 2 L&D). Case mix includes General, Ortho, Plastics, ENT, Urology, Vascular, Neuro and GYN. CRNAs are not involved with Cardiac cases or Pediatrics.
Autonomy: perform regional anesthesia (spinals and epidurals), arterial lines, etc.
Work schedules vary with 8‑, 10‑ and 12‑hour shifts. Scheduling evenly distributed among the group. Call approximately one weekend every 7‑8 weeks; weekday call variable but infrequent. Average work week about 4 days.
