Provides for patients' personal hygiene and comfort including bedpans, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and showers;
Assists with meals, ambulation, turning/positioning, and hydration between meals;
Performs basic nursing tasks and post-mortem care as appropriate per CNA scope;
Reports patient conditions to the assigned nurse and maintains safe environment;
Maintains records of intake/output and vital signs; supports mobility and activity as needed
