Prior Supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred

Shifts: 11p-7:30a and 7a-11p

Salary: $38.00-$43.00/hour

Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisors to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. As a vital member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff on your shift to ensure that all patients receive high-quality care
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
• Provide guidance and support to new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the role
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

• Current Florida RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 1 year RN Supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 200 pounds
