Position Summary
The Staff Educator is a Registered Nurse who is responsible for providing technical support and education for the hospital staff. In this role you will be responsible for nursing staff education and training, and for the employee health and compliance program. Additionally, you will assist the CNO in evaluating, reviewing, designing, and implementing hospital training events with respect to all RN/MHT staff required training.

Education/Training:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing Education;
Masters preferred.
Experience:
- Three years inpatient psychiatric experience with adolescents and/or children preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
- Current Florida State Registered Nurse License.
- CPR.
Additional Requirements:
- Respiratory Fit testing is a requirement of the job.
