We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at Miami Springs Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department during the night shift (11pm-7am), ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment. • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of patient care that meets the highest standards.
• Enforcing policies and procedures to ensure complicance with safety standards and protocols.
• Conduct daily rounds to monitor patient care and address any concerns or issues.
• Training and Development - conduct training sessions for new hires and ensure that all staff is up to date on the latest procedures and practices.
• Develop and implement nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions.
• Provide support and guidance to nursing staff to improve their skills and performance.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Conflict Resolution - mediate for staff disputes or patient related issues.

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• At least (2) years of experience as a registered nurse.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of nursing best practices and standards.
