Registered Nurse OR Service Line Lead

Job Summary

A registered professional nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. The nurse also prescribes, delegates, coordinates, supervises and evaluates patient teaching and the activities of ancillary nursing personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.

• Current Florida license as a Registered Nurse or recognized compact licensure (subject to Florida state licensing requirements).
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Experience coordinating between surgeons, reps and vendors within the OR.
• OR experience in Orthopedics or Neurosurgery preferred.
