LPN Home Health Care Services

Full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position with Nursing South Corporation in Miami‑Dade County, FL.

Provide high‑quality home health care services to families across the entire county, including skilled nursing, medication management, wound care, IV therapy, and patient education.

• Administer insulin therapy to patients as needed.
• Perform wound care procedures.
• Provide IV therapy and documentation.
• Manage medications and teach patients and families how to use them.
• Accurately and thoroughly document patient care observations.
• Record all clinical and progress notes and enter them into the patient’s permanent record files.
• Perform all other LPN duties related to home health care.

$52,000.00 - $58,200.00 annually ($25 - $28 an hour).

• Valid LPN license in the state of Florida
• Level 2 Background Check with AHCA
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proof of Citizenship

• CPR/BLS Certification
• Reliable transportation
• Car Registration and Car Insurance if the vehicle is owned
