As a part-time LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents on weekends only. • Provide skilled nursing care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or physician
• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Document resident care and progress in accordance with facility policies
• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
