They are responsible for administering anesthesia, monitoring patients, and managing pain during surgical and other medical procedures. CRNAs work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and private practices.
This full-time CRNA role in Miami pays to the $200ks annually with bonuses, along with weekday-only hours. You'll be part of a collaborative team delivering outpatient anesthesia for GI procedures in modern, outpatient endoscopy centers. CRNAs will provide anesthesia and monitoring for GI procedures in outpatient endoscopy centers. Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia evaluation, sedation management during procedures, and post-recovery care.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No nights, weekends, or holidays
- Shared across two locations
Qualifications:
- Current CRNA license
- Eligible for credentialing in Florida
- GI/endoscopy experience preferred but not required
Pay
Summary:
- Base Salary: $185,000–$195,000 (Permanent W2)
- Annual Bonus: $5,000 end-of year bonus plus one pay period - about $9,000 total
- CME/Dues: $1,500
- Time Off:
- 5 weeks vacation (increases to 6 weeks after 3 years)
- 8 paid holidays
- 33–38 total days off depending on tenure
