Baptist Health - - Responsibilities:
Provide basic technical nursing skills (deemed competent) and delegated tasks under the direction and/or supervision of the registered nurse;
Possible tasks include wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, and discontinuing a Foley catheter;
Collaborate with the assigned registered nurse to provide safe and quality patient-centered care;
Assist with assessment and evaluation of interventions on care provided to the patient;
Support nursing team to ensure safe patient care within Florida Nurse Practice Act and policy
