Full-Time | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus

Join a leading South Florida (Miami) healthcare organization recognized for its excellence in patient care and team collaboration. We’re seeking an experienced Patient Care Supervisor to provide leadership and operational oversight to one of our surgical patient care units in Miami, Florida.

Position Highlights
  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (based on experience)
  • Pay Range: $45.34 – $60.30/hour (depending on experience)
  • Schedule: Full-time, 12-hour day shifts (7A–7:30P)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and supervision to patient care teams across the surgical unit.
  • Collaborate with nurse managers on staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Support patient and family education and act as a service ambassador to resolve concerns.
  • Coordinate daily assignments, ensure patient flow efficiency, and promote quality outcomes.
  • Participate in hourly rounding and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Uphold the mission, philosophy, and policies of the health system to deliver exceptional care.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
    • RNs hired prior to 2/2012 may continue without BSN.
    • RNs hired after 2/2012 with an Associate’s Degree must complete BSN within 5 years.
  • Licenses &

    Certifications:

    • Registered Nurse (RN) – Active and in good standing
    • Basic Life Support (BLS)
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
    • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), as applicable
    • Certification in area of specialty (within 2 years of hire or promotion)
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience; prior leadership or charge experience preferred.
