We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our per diem team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Miami, Florida. As an LPN with our center, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

LPN Per Diem 7a‑7:30p Weekdays – $28–$31/hour

As a Per Diem LPN, you will work a variety of shifts, including weekdays from 7:00am to 7:30pm. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments under the supervision of our skilled nursing team. You will also assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding our patients.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
