Registered Nurse

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care in an outpatient primary care setting.
• Perform patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, and provide wound care.
• Support chronic disease management and preventive care.
• Educate patients on their health and wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, behavioral health providers, and care teams.
• Document care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Help create a welcoming, respectful, and compassionate environment for every patient.

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
• Experience in community health, primary care, or an FQHC is a plus—but not required.
• A passion for serving vulnerable and underserved populations.
