The Children’s Trust–Healthy Connections program seeks an LPN to provide routine patient care and care coordination in Dade County Public Schools. Under supervision of ARNP/RN/physician, you will perform screenings, document interventions, and support immunization tracking in school health records.
You’ll administer medications per policy, educate students and staff, and participate in quality assurance activities with the NCHS and school district teams. BLS and FL LPN license required.
