The University of Miami, Uhealth has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care department at the UTower location.
The Staff Nurse (RN) is a registered professional nurse who prescribes, coordinates, evaluates and delivers patient care through collaborative efforts with members of the interdisciplinary team in accordance with the nursing process and standards of care and practices. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient and family teaching.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred. RNs hired with an Associates (ASN) degree have 2 years to complete the BSN degree.
- Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS-CPR Certification)
- ACLS
- Two (2) years Medical Surgical Nursing experience
