MyCare Medical is actively seeking a full‑time, certified Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant is the primary clinical provider for MyCare patients. Join our team in Pembroke Pines, FL. We are a medical practice specializing in primary care. We deliver the highest quality care to our patients at the lowest costs available to them. Our company is physician-founded, and dyad-led. We’ve created a structural support system to ensure that our providers can focus solely on patient care.

- Competitive Salary + Annual Quality Bonus – Our base salary range for this position is $125,000, based on experience. With our annual performance bonus, you can earn up to 15% of your base salary.

- Full support both in-clinic and through our Central Business Office to ensure providers can focus solely on patient care
- Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
- Rotating and flexible on-call schedule.
- We use eClinical Works (eCW), along with partnering programs to ensure ease of use for our patients and practices.
- We focus on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention, working alongside patients and their families to prevent, diagnose, treat and manage a population with multiple comorbidities.
- Integrated team-based care:
Working as a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes by meeting their needs and preferences. - Prioritizing preventative care and proactive management of chronic conditions to improve patient outcomes, decrease patient’s costs, and increase revenue for the practice.
- Providers must be comfortable managing a primarily adult-aged patient population.
- Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) OR American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
- Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) OR American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) program, focusing on adult medicine
- Certification through an accredited PA certification program focusing on adult medicine
- Currently licensed as an Acute, Adult/Gerontological or Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice or the ability to obtain a license prior to employment
- Ideal Candidate, with a minimum of two years of experience as Nurse Practitioner
- Holds or is eligible for DEA licensure and CDS licensure (if required in the state of practice)
- Up-to-date CPR Certification and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to use Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- 2 years of experience of Medical Advantage, HEIDS, MRA and ICD-10 Coding
- Comfortable managing a primarily adult-aged patient population
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve complex and multifaceted situations
