Assist patients with personal hygiene, including baths, showers, and grooming; help with meals and feeding; assist with mobility and positioning; provide basic patient comfort and nourishment between meals;
Transport patients and equipment as needed and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff;
Report patient conditions to the assigned nurse to ensure professional assessment and appropriate care;
Perform routine nursing tasks and special procedures as directed (e.g., enemas, dressings, preps, baths) and maintain patient safety and comfort;
Monitor and document food and liquid intake and output and record vital signs as assigned
