About Our Mission

At Legacy Pointe at UCF, our mission is simple and deeply meaningful: to brighten lives through lifelong enrichment in partnership with the University of Central Florida. Everything we do is rooted in that purpose. Our community was built on the belief that older adults deserve opportunities to learn, grow, and stay connected in ways that add joy and purpose to their everyday lives.

As a Life Plan Community, we offer a full continuum of care—from independent living to assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing—supported by a culture shaped by hospitality, service, and accountability. Our relationship with UCF strengthens this mission by bringing lifelong learning, intergenerational experiences, and innovative programming to our residents and staff.

We are a modern, thoughtfully designed community where genuine connection matters. Whether a resident is participating in a wellness class, attending a UCF lecture, enjoying an outing, or receiving personalized support, our goal is to create an environment where people feel valued, engaged, and truly cared for.

When you join Legacy Pointe, you become part of a team that values your time, your well-being, and the work you bring to our community. We want you to feel supported in your role and confident that you have what you need to do your job well.

Work That Makes a Difference

Working at Legacy Pointe is about being there for people in ways that genuinely matter. The residents you support will come to know you, trust you, and appreciate the steadiness you bring to their day. The work is meaningful in a simple, everyday way. You help someone get where they need to go, feel comfortable in their routine, or enjoy a moment they might not have had otherwise.

Those small moments add up, and they stay with you.

You can end your day knowing your time had purpose and that your presence made someone’s day a little better. Every role at Legacy Pointe contributes to that kind of experience, and we value the people who show up with care and commitment.

There is room here to make a real impact and to grow in a place that recognizes your effort. We would be glad to have you build that experience with us and feel proud of the work you do at Legacy Pointe.
