We’re currently supporting a well-established general practice in the Miami metro area that’s looking to bring on a talented Associate Veterinarian to complete a three-doctor team. This is an ideal opportunity for a veterinarian with at least 2 years of clinical experience and confidence in routine surgical procedures who is looking for more autonomy, a supportive team, and a strong work-life rhythm.

With a loyal client base, experienced support staff, and strong mentorship from two collaborative doctors, this practice is the perfect environment to grow clinically without corporate red tape.

The Role:

• Deliver high-quality medicine in a modern, well-equipped facility
• Perform routine and some advanced soft tissue surgeries
• Collaborate with two experienced DVMs and skilled support staff

What We’re Looking For:

• DVM with active Florida license
• 2+ years of experience in general practice
• Comfortable performing routine surgeries and dental procedures
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Interest in mentorship and contributing to a positive clinic culture
