We are seeking a skilled and experienced Veterinarian to join our team as a Medical Director in Miami with pay starting  the Medical Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the medical operations of our veterinary clinic and ensuring the highest quality of care for our animal patients.

• Provide medical leadership and guidance to the veterinary team
• Perform medical evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment of animals
• Develop and implement medical protocols and procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and medical standards
• Train and mentor veterinary staff
• Collaborate with management on business strategy and growth initiatives

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Licensure to practice veterinary medicine
• Proven experience in a veterinary leadership role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for animal welfare and healthcare
