Job Description NOW HIRING – FARM ASSISTANT

We are looking for areliable, responsible, and organized Farm Assistant to join our team and help manage daily farm operations, horses, and quarantine procedures.

• Daily care and management of horses
• Managing and monitoring the quarantine area
• Supervising employees and coordinating daily tasks
• Maintaining records and ensuring procedures are followed
• Communicating and coordinating with the Department of Agriculture
• Keeping the farm safe, clean, and organized
• Reporting any concerns regarding horses, quarantine, employees, or farm operations

• Previous horse experience strongly preferred
• Farm or animal-care experience is a plus
• Highly responsible, dependable, and organized
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Able to supervise employees and coordinate multiple responsibilities
• Comfortable working with government agencies and following regulations
• Available to work 6 days per week
• Able to work independently and pay close attention to detail
